1. About Clubs.LD
Clubs.LD is a digital club management platform operated by Loop Design ABN 17 150 776 741 (“we”, “us”, “our”). The platform provides club websites, member portals, booking systems, communication tools and related services to sporting and social clubs across Australia.
By accessing or using Clubs.LD, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” means the Clubs.LD website, club websites hosted on the platform, and all associated services.
- “Club” means a sporting or social club that has registered with Clubs.LD to manage its digital presence.
- “Club Administrator” means a person authorised by a Club to manage its Clubs.LD website and services.
- “User” means any person who accesses the Platform, whether as a visitor, registered user, or club member.
- “Subscription Plan” means the service tier selected by a Club — Starter (free), Club Pro or Club Elite.
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Club Administrators are responsible for managing user access within their club’s website and ensuring their members comply with these terms.
4. Subscription Plans and Fees
Clubs may choose from the following plans:
- Starter — Free. Includes a club landing page, basic calendar, contact form, course overview, gallery, member profiles and club information pages.
- Club Pro — $75/month. Adds a full monthly calendar, cross-club marketplace, club shop catalogue, enhanced course overview with sponsor and video content, and an admin inbox with message routing.
- Club Elite — $150/month. Adds an expanded calendar, member-to-club inbox, broadcast messaging, Stripe-connected shop, booking and membership payments, and ClubHub Australia app access including digital scorecards.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Club Services
Individual clubs may offer bookings, memberships, merchandise, marketplace listings and other services through their Clubs.LD website. These services are provided by the club, not by Clubs.LD. Each club sets its own rules, pricing, availability and policies for these services.
Clubs.LD facilitates the technology but is not a party to transactions between clubs and their users.
6. Payments
Where a club accepts payments through the Platform (available on the Club Elite plan), payment processing is handled by Stripe. Clubs.LD does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards by Stripe.
Refunds for club services are governed by the relevant club’s refund policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user’s account.
- Upload malicious code, spam or disruptive content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or another club’s website.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Platform without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
The Clubs.LD platform, including its design, code, features and branding, is owned by Loop Design. Clubs retain ownership of their own content, logos and data uploaded to the Platform.
By uploading content to the Platform, clubs grant us a limited licence to host, display and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.
9. Data and Privacy
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. Club Administrators are responsible for their club’s compliance with applicable privacy laws in relation to member data they collect through the Platform.
10. Availability and Support
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned outages.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubs.LD and Loop Design are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you (or your club) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Termination
Clubs may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
We may terminate or suspend a club’s access for material breach of these terms, including non-payment, with reasonable notice where practicable.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to Club Administrators at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
