Help Guide

Everything you need to use your club's website and the ClubHub app

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This guide covers everyday use for club members and registered users. Search for what you need, or browse the contents below. If you help run a club, ask your club for the Club Administrator Workbook instead.

Getting started

The website and the app

Your club has two connected things, and it helps to know which one you need.

You want to…Use…
Look around the club, check events or results, follow live scoresThis website — no sign-in needed
Book a court or tee time, pay a fee, read club messages, record a roundThe ClubHub app at clubhubaus.com/app

Everything on this website comes from what the club enters in the app, so the two always agree.

Signing in to the app

  1. Go to clubhubaus.com/app.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Log In.

Your account is created by your club — you cannot sign yourself up. If you have never signed in, look for an invitation email from ClubHub containing a link to set your password, and check your junk folder if it has not arrived.

Seeing “No active club registration”? Your account exists but is not yet linked to your club. Only your club can put that right — signing out and back in will not help.

Putting the app on your phone

The app can sit on your home screen like any other app. There is nothing to download from an app store.

  • iPhone or iPad: open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
  • Android: open in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Install app.

Access levels

Your club gives each person a level, and it can differ between clubs.

LevelWhat it allows
VisitorNot signed in. Browse club websites and live scores.
Registered userYour profile, bookings, shop purchases, marketplace ads, viewing competitions, applying for membership.
MemberAll of the above, plus club documents, entering competitions and recording scores.

If a menu item disappears after switching clubs, that is normal — your level at that club is different.

Using this website

What is on a club website

HomeAbout the club, membership options and upcoming events.

CalendarUpcoming events with dates, times and locations.
ResultsPublished competition results.
SponsorsThe club's sponsors and their websites.

A club website needs no sign-in, so it is the right link to share with friends, family and anybody thinking of joining.

Following live scores

When a club is running a competition it can broadcast a live leaderboard.

  • clubsld.com/live lists every club currently broadcasting.
  • Selecting one opens its leaderboard, which refreshes by itself every few seconds.
  • TV mode hides all the navigation, which is ideal on a clubhouse screen.

No sign-in is needed, so the link can be shared with anybody.

Scores move when a player saves their round, not shot by shot — expect the board to update as players finish.

There is no sign-in on this website

Booking, payments, messages and scorecards all happen in the ClubHub app, not here. Some website pages mention signing in — those parts are not built yet.

If you need to do something with your membership, go to clubhubaus.com/app.

Your profile and membership

What is in My Profile

In the app, My Profile is your own area, arranged in tabs: Overview, Personal details, Memberships, Schedule, Tee times & bookings, Fees & purchases, My listings, and Golf records.

Changing your name or phone number

  1. Open My Profile and go to Personal details.
  2. Select Save profile — a small window opens.
  3. Type your details in that window and save.

Use the pop-up window. The boxes on the page behind it are display-only at the moment, so anything typed straight into them will not be kept.

Paying a fee

  1. Go to My Profile → Fees & purchases.
  2. Find the item awaiting payment and select Pay now.
  3. Finish on the secure card payment page.

Payment happens on the payment company's own secure page, so your club never sees or stores your card number.

Applying for membership

If your club admits members by nomination and you are currently a registered user:

  1. Go to My Profile → Overview.
  2. Select Apply for membership.
  3. Enter your name, the email addresses of your proposer and seconder, and a short message to the board.
  4. Submit, then follow progress on the same tab.

Your proposer and seconder must already be members of the same club, and you will need the email addresses they use for ClubHub.

Bookings and tee times

Booking a court, green or room

  1. In the app, go to Club → Facilities.
  2. Find what you want and select Book this resource.
  3. Choose the start and end time, and how many places you need.
  4. Select Confirm booking.

You will get a booking reference. If the time has already gone, the system tells you rather than double-booking.

Booking a tee time

  1. From the dashboard, choose Events and sign-ups.
  2. Select Book a tee time and pick your date on the calendar.
  3. Choose the course and a tee time — slots run every half hour from 6:00am.
  4. Enter up to four player names, then confirm.

If there is a fee you can Pay now or Pay later. Paying later holds the booking and adds the fee to Fees & purchases.

Seeing and cancelling bookings

All your bookings are listed under My Profile → Tee times & bookings. Tee bookings can be cancelled from the My bookings list on the booking screen.

Some clubs set a cancellation cut-off — check with your club if you are unsure.

Competitions and scoring

Entering a competition

In the app, go to Club → Competitions. Anything open for entry shows an Enter competition button, and one press enters you. Fixtures and published results are on the same page.

Recording a round of golf

  1. From the dashboard, open the Digital scorecard.
  2. On each hole, use + and to record strokes. Add putts if you like.
  3. Playing eighteen? Tick Playing the back nine to unlock the rest.
  4. When every hole has a score, select Complete round, check the details and save.

Saved rounds appear under My Profile → Golf records.

Par figures are a standard placeholder for now, so your score against par may not match the printed card. Your stroke total is always correct.

If you are a team captain

Captains get a Submit result panel on their own team's fixtures, for the home and away scores. What you submit is provisional — club staff approve it before it becomes official.

Messages, shop and documents

Club messages

Announcements from your club arrive in Inbox, newest first.

You cannot reply from the mailbox. If a message needs an answer, contact the club directly, or use Contacts below if you are connected to the person.

Messaging another member

  1. Go to Inbox and find the Contacts panel.
  2. Type the person's email address and select Send request.
  3. They accept or decline from their own Inbox.
  4. Once accepted, select Message to start a private conversation.

Why you need their email address: there is no member directory to browse, which protects everybody's privacy. Ask the person for the address they use for ClubHub.

The shop and marketplace

Merchandise is the club's own shop — select Buy item and finish on the secure payment page.

Marketplace is members buying and selling with each other. To post an ad, select Create marketplace ad, add a title, description and price, then Submit for review. Your club checks every ad before it appears, and you can follow its status under My Profile → My listings.

To ask about an item, select Enquire. Your message goes via the club, so neither buyer nor seller has to publish contact details.

Club documents

By-laws, codes of conduct, newsletters and forms are under Club → Downloads in the app. Select the arrow beside a document to open it.

Downloads is available to members. If you are a registered user rather than a member, you will not see it.
